THE DETAILS (how it works)

Ongoing Training via Online Webinars – You can attend any of our online training sessions while in the program. We offer all of our different subjects at least once each month, but some are scheduled more. Choose from our Overview, Supervisor Drug & Alcohol Training, Fatigued Driving, Driver Fitness, or any of the other classes and let other employees sit in as well. You basically have one seat in any or all of the sessions you are interested in… just register ahead of time so we know to send you the login information. Safety Data Monitoring – We will review your Safety Measurement System (SMS) scores as they are updated and ensure they are within the acceptable thresholds for your company’s grouping. If they are above the threshold or if they are trending the wrong way, we will provide you with a report to notify you and help get them back under control.

Personal Consultation – You can feel free to send us any DOT-related questions you might have and we will get you a response within 2 business days. If it is urgent, you can give us a call, but our safety consultants are out of the office much of the time so email is best form of communication.

DOT / FMCSA Updates – We monitor the industry as well as multiple regulatory bodies and news agencies to stay on top of our business. We will provide you with updates via email and social media sites so you can make sure you know when something that may impact your business happens.

MSC 150 / DataQs Support – We monitor the status of your MCS 150 data and will help you update or modify it when necessary (must be done every 2 years) and help you contest any misinformation within SMS if we think it is appropriate to do so.

Drivers =< 20            $100/month (Introductory Offer* = $90/month)

21 to 50 Drivers       $150/month (Introductory Offer = $135/month)

51 to 100 Drivers     $200/month (Introductory Offer = $180/month)

101 to 500 Drivers  $300/month (Introductory Offer = $270/month)

THE FINE PRINT (additional terms)

Monthly charges will be automatically drafted from either a credit card or checking account on file. Initial minimum term is 12 months and charge will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis after initial term unless otherwise notified in writing. Monthly charge will not change during initial term, but could be adjusted after the first 12 months if number of drivers has changed. Promotional rate will automatically adjust after initial term and be based on number of drivers at that time.
